You are responsible for information submitted through forms, volunteer registrations, inquiry submissions, and profile fields.

5. Donation Terms

Donations made on iishna.in are voluntary and are treated as final, except where refund is required by applicable law or payment error verification.

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable once successfully processed.

IISHNA uses donations for mission-aligned social impact programs, project operations, and related administrative requirements with transparency and accountability.

Donors are encouraged to review campaign details before donating. Tax benefit eligibility, where applicable, is subject to Indian law and supporting documentation.

6. Volunteer Participation

Volunteer registration indicates your interest in participating in social or community initiatives coordinated by IISHNA or associated partners.

Participation in field activities may require compliance with safety instructions, local rules, event protocols, and conduct standards.

IISHNA reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove volunteer participation where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or program integrity.

7. Partnerships and CSR Engagement

Companies and institutions engaging with IISHNA for CSR initiatives must provide accurate organizational and contact details.

CSR collaborations are subject to separate project-level discussions, documentation, compliance requirements, and mutually agreed terms.

Nothing on this website by itself creates a binding CSR contract unless expressly confirmed in writing by authorized representatives.

You may view and share content for personal, educational, or awareness purposes, provided proper attribution is maintained and no unauthorized modification is made.

9. User Content and Submissions

Any feedback, inquiry, testimonial, or content submitted by users must be lawful, accurate, and respectful.

By submitting content to IISHNA, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, and process such content for operational, outreach, and impact communication purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove any submission that is inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with our mission or legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

IISHNA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, IISHNA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

This limitation does not exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable Indian law.

11. Termination or Suspension

IISHNA may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or service if there is suspected misuse, policy violation, fraud risk, legal non-compliance, or security concern.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain legal obligations and rights that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.

Termination decisions are made to protect users, communities, partner institutions, and platform integrity.
